Four Tet Live omfksghrekjg

I just bought a ticket to a Four Tet gig in Melbourne.
Omf I'm so excited! I've been in love with him since a guy showed me one of their odd videoclips and I just can't stop listening.
Though tbh I don't even know if I CAN go to the gig, but I'll just... beg and cry until I am allowed to go! I have friends who live in Melbourne who are also going and they said I could crash at theirs for the night and fly back in the morning, god bless.
Ugh if I actually can go, it'll be the best thing to happen ever hdddhdg

One of my new friends from work, who I lalalalalove can't come to Stereosonic, a festival that I'm sure I'll post about in the near future.
So we're going to Parklife together!

First birthday cakes.

Went to my first birthday party.
Most glorious cake.
Here is a picture of it.
Top tier was almond cake layered with cream.
Second tier was chocolate sponge layered with cream.
And the entire thing was iced and surrounded by these hand made sugar flowers.
With a carousel pony on top.
Just for a size reference...
This cake is about two feet wide and a foot and a half tall.

Clearance sales are my calling.

Today I went to a warehouse clearance sale of odds and ends of a store I generally never shop at. At work, over the radio, I heard an ad where they mentioned this clearance sale and there were things from $2.50. Barrrrrrrgain. Realised I HAD to go check it out, who knows what I could find. Plus I've been keen to change my fashion style this summer.
Found quite a few nice things.
Aside from black jeans (that really look more like leggings because they are so tight even though they legitimately are denim) for work, because I was told off for wearing leggings under my apron instead of pants...

Similarly large fluro yellow shirt
Flowy singlet with royal blue on the outside and yellow on the inside
And the most ingenious thing ever,
A salad green/yellow tube top with lace across the back.

I always thought they were so tacky and slutty but oh god it matches with so many things I own and it just
like if I wear it as a bra under these clothes

I just love it so much.
I need to find out how to take good photos of myself wearing these things (and clean my room) and then I can
upload them eeeeeeeverywheeeeeereeeeeeeeeee.
